After the untimely dissolving of Storm the Castle!, Du8 and Amjad began writing new music under the reclaimed moniker Lightbulb Detective Agency. After writing five new, short songs, they decided to demo the drums for the sake of hearing how things played out on "tape." The demos eventually became this recording, which the band feels stands up on its own as a stripped down, high energy recording more akin to hearing the band play a show in your kitchen (Lightbulb Detective Agency will play a show in your kitchen ANY TIME).
